I saw a video on here somewhere of arrow cresting with spray paint

anyone know the link?

also...is it critical that you use Laquer paint ?

local hardware doesnt have much of a selection in Laquer

Some of the other paints have a soft finish or will not stand up to the solvents in the glue and can wrinkle. If the paint is soft you will find the vanes falling off with little pressure. Laquer is what Bohning used to dip and crest in their Kits

I have been using auto base clear with good results.
