SAXMAN SAYS - THANK YOU

Post by saxman »

I cant begin to tell you all how touched and moved I am at all the posts wishing me well.I have never been so lifted up in my life to know I have so many brothers and sisters who share the same love I do.Thank you for making my Christmas. The disease I have is a progressive one and will only get better with a transplant and even with that there are no guarantees. For those who dont know I have a form of P.K.D.(Pollycystic Kidney Disease)which has resulted in End Stage Renal Failure,my kidneys are dying at a very fast rate.I currently have about 10% function. They will not filter the impureities from my body and they build up causing many problems,High blood pressure, fatigue, cronic pain, osteoperosis,I have two broken ribs just from everyday things(like climbing treestands but we wont tell my wife about that)I am on the transplant list along with 92.000 others,14 of us die everyday.I am a Mayo Clinic paitent and feel I am in good hands.I have a strong faith in God and a loving family that keeps me going and now I see I have many friends that I have never met yet when I read your posts I imagine what you look like and feel I know you.Your kindness has brought my wife and I both to tears and to our knees to pray for each of you as well that God will protect and bless you as he has done us.
Thanks again and Merry Christmas.
P.S. Thanks GRIZZ and good luck with the bear grease

Keep on keeping on, buddy, and keep the faith!

Thinking of you and praying for you.

P.S. : Spilled some of that bear grease on my hardwood floor last night, and hair grew up so thick that we're thinking of mopping the whole thing. Always wanted carpet in that room.

Just like TYE. Looking at "skirts" and not noticing two important things.

1) It's actually guys wearing them and

2) Look what's sticking out the top of my right sock. It's a little "problem solver" for people that call the Kilt a skirt.

Good luck finding a kidney Saxman. It's a shame Bush is so adament against stem cell research or we could start making progress in growing kidneys, repairing spinal cords, etc. Of course he living in a world with a silver spoon in his yapper. Oh well.

Nice knees A.W. You need a little bear grease on them legs.

Funny thing... My hunting buddy must have had a little bear grease on his cap band. Now he has a ring of hair around his chrome dome.
