old when I bought it

Where did you buy it.I bought a stand from Wal-Mart and when I went to put it together there were no bolts.
I called the manufacturer the told me that model was three years old.
They put them in storage every year after the season and put them back out come hunting season.
I did get the bolts but it was three years old still.

The stand was still not "used" I'm hearing. I don't believe any retail store is allowed to sell a used treestand for liability issues. As far as being three years "new" I wouldn't have a problem with that if its the model you wanted and it still looks new(no rust or chipping paint).
