My pics of my boxing day buck

Post by rutman »

I saw a decent buck the day before xmas. Put up a stand 60 yrds from the one I saw him from on boxing day and shot him at 20 yrds that night. Wish it always worked like that. He rough scores 135, was a 9pt, but broke the tine off that really didn't belong in the first place. Here he is!

Sorry for the delay but I had to wait for pictures and learn how to get them in and out of photobucket.

Sweeeeet ! ... nice buck ! .... I love to " hunt them when I see them " as well ... a buck doesn't always stay in the same spot for long ...

Congrat's .... nice Paradox as well !

Yea, I did it for hunting turkeys the previous spring. I also wrapped my limbs with burlap because the suns reflection hosed me for a pair of jakes. I took the burlap off for deer huntin but thought I might as well leave the tape. It's holding out good.

I've been debating whether to put camo tape on my scope or not...

By the way Rutman, congrats on that nice buck! :)
