Finished My Orders, So This One's For Me

Post by ComfyBear »

Now that I have caught up and finishes all my string orders, I decided it would be a good idea to take care of my needs. So I've made myself a string

You might notice that the string looks a bit different. I still have to apply the serving, but I have to stretch the string first.

Nice,
The 3 bundle strings look good and tend to be rounder.

Hello COMFYBEAR I was just woundering if you still have any strings for sell, after the strings stretch do you have to twist both saids a the same time or keep one side on the bow an just twist for ajustment. My sound dum to some of you, just trying to learn. THANKS

For now, being rather low on string materials, I've decided to take a sabbatical from string making.

Regarding twisting a string, the easiest and best way to do it, is to twist one end while leaving the other side on.
