I can't find any info on it on the internet, like the weight, but it sure looks like a comfortable stand, no harness included. (not even the poorly photochopped one in the picture.)
You can see it for yourself right here:

It is a good thing the safty harness they show in the picture is not included. The Belly or waist harness is a slow death as it prevents the diaphram from expanding. 20 minutes later it is all over.
Please look at the lower picture. Note how much slack is in the top chain. If the bottom strap fails you are in for a good scare.

I almost think the guy in the picture is an employee, and they didn't put much thought into the photo, just there to show what it looks like, and some mistakes were made. Probably had a complaint/comment about the lack of safety harness in the picture and quickly added it in. The one in the photo is clearly added by photo-shop paint.
If you look close the gun he is holding has an amazing resemblance to a hinge action BB gun (another item handy to the staff).
I suspect the people who put the stand up for the photo had no idea what they were doing. Their site often has employees posing with products.
I spend quite a bit of my work days on ladders, the thoughts of falling never really bothered me, the thoughts of making it to the ground does. If I had the proper safety equipment on I wouldn't be too worried about what I was sitting in, common sense included of course.

tree stand
Hello Pydipiper, I have three of those stands I'm hunting out of. May not be the same name but is sure is the same stand. It is a very relaxing stand, sometimes to much it's reel easy to fall asleep in. It's kindly heavey but after you get it set up it sure is nice. Mine came from basspro an cabela's. hope it helps.

tree stand
Pydpiper you will love the stand put camo around it they have it to fit that stand. It's also big enough to take a lunch a put it under the set. I also put althread bolt under the shooting rail that way you can ajust it what ever level you need it. It's a little hard to get it up but once you do you can't beat it as far as comfort. DON'T FALL ASLEEP.............
