My buddies crossbow buck

Post by rutman »

This is my friends walk and stalk with a wolverine buck. He shot it the day before the November gun season. I'm hoping that Ontario Monster Whitetails runs his story. He won the typical category at the Southwest Ontario Outdoors Club in Tilbury. It grossed 178 and change and netted 164 and change. Pretty lucky to sneak up on a mature buck with a bow.

Indeed the Tilbury show was excellent!

Some trophies were not any record brakers by any means; but like we claim , any animal havested is indeed a trophy!

PS

I entered my first crossbow buck taken in 2003; just could afford the mount this year.

Congratulations to your buddy.

That score should put him in the top ten bucks in Ontario taken by crossbow.
