Is everyone ready for the turkey season coming up in 8 day's here in SW Ontario. Seeing some tom's out strutting and hearing a little gobbling, but not really seeing much. How about everyone else??

Seen some strutters from the highway. Have yet to get out in the am to hear any. Planing on Sunday for a scouting trip.
I hunt for memories, the meat's a bonus!

Gooing up to the property this weekend for a walk around.
I also have to run my new generator for 5 hours to break it in and give it an initial oil change.

Weapon's ready, however I'm still knockin.
I'm finding it difficult to find turkey hunting areas. Seeing lots out there, strutting their stuff for the ladies. Seen a big boy last weekend tail spread and beard to the ground. He was only about 80 yards or so off the road.
