X-bow Sight Options

Post by Esox »

What's the best "non-scope" sights available for Excals?... I just got my Crossbow Permit for hunting in Colorado, but they don't allow scopes or lighted pins or red dots.... What should I use for elk this season?.. Any ideas?...

The factory peep & fiber optics are good sights.

I put the same peep sights on my 1994 xbow --- the same as the standard equipment offerd now, and enjoyed them. They gather light well but if usung in the bush or wooded area , as twilight comes about, they will fade in comparison to being in the open. I feel that they serve well.
