ive searched the archives,and googled it
Being new to crossbows i'm reading a lot about brace hieght,and adjusting it i can't find no adjustments on mine,so can someone explain this.
and is there anywhere i caN FIND CROSSBOW 101 ,to learn all i need to know about the xbow,or is it mainly trail and error

o.k,i'm learning,at least i know what brace hieght is now,i have the newer model with 2 lines,my string is 1 eighth inch from the line closest to the limbs,it is between both lines.To change brace hieght will i have to take the string off and twist it,then put it back on.

The best brace height is the one you can maintain year around . . .in other words, there is no best. You simply need to pick a height and keep it there. Otherwise, your accuracy will not be consistant on the vertical plane. A brace height closer to the riser will give you a little added speed, but not much. Just find a spot you like and keep it there. Make it far enough back to keep your string from hitting the riser on the follow-thru.

if i need to take the string off to adjust the brace hieght,will i need to take off the disipator pads,string will only be off a a minute or so
