Thanks for all the help. Doing it all myself is pretty much imposible I have a small house no garage and I am just hunting someone elses land (with exclusive permission). Gourmet meats I will look into. I am pretty sure the field dressing won't be to tough after watching some videos.

Hey Fork Horn...are you thinking we should do our own deer this year?
I know I have done a cpl myself....I am 50 - 50 on this...i will help out IF we are set up properly.....but we had best be thinking seriously about tubs...wrapping paper etc if we are......you around this weekend?
