Hoping that the surgery goes well, that you're able to heal quickly, and that you're back in the blind in no time!

Good luck. That is something I fear I am going to need down the line. That is why I got into crossbow from compound. What is your shoulder problem: torn rotator cuff or arthritic joint? Interested in seeing how you do. Speedy recovery. Wayne

Good luck! I don't think I'll miss my hunting season, but I think I may miss most of my snowboarding season this year. I may have to have 2 surgery's.... Knee's and shoulder. :(

BEST OF LUCK WITH YOUR SURGERY, I JUST WENT THRU SOME, APRIL 17 AN MAY 30. ROTATOR CUFFS, BICEPT TENDONS AND SHOULDER STABILIZATION RECONSTRUCTION ON BOTH R/L SIDES. (DON'T BREAK THE LAWS OF GRAVITY, THEY'RE NOT AS SIMPLE TO PAY FOR AS A SPEEDING TICKET!)
NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, FOLLOW DR.'S ORDERS AND HEAL WELL, YOU CAN ALWAYS GO NEXT YEAR IF HEALING GETS IN THE WAY OF HUNTING THIS YEAR, PUSH IT AND YOU MAY PAY FOR YEARS TO COME.
I'M NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO BE AN ETHICAL HUNTER WITH MY COMPOUND THIS YEAR AND MAYBE NEVER, BUT THE EXCAL VORTEX HAS ALLOWED ME TO ENJOY THIS SEASON AND MANY TO COME.
WISH YOU THE BEST OF ALL LUCK, BE PATIENT, HEAL WELL!
