I feel your pain.
I use a double rifle case for air travel but as far as I know there is no hard case for the ex-cal's.
I worry about mine on the way to the woods also.

That's right u would think some on this forum could maybe come up with a design? Maybe Excalibur?

Hard case
I agree someone should make one, I have called all the Co.s I know of but got no where. 
One of the production managers I spoke with said shipping was the big cost and he felt no one would be willing to pay $150 shipping to get one.
What about those here who work for Excalibur? Give me a price and see what it is worth!
