AFter the gun hunt.

Post by Dumbazz »

In Southern Ontario, two week gun hunt started yesterday.

As far as bowhunting, what should I expect after the gun hunt is over?? Our bow season runs until the end of December.

I assume it will take a few days to settle down following the gun hunt, but what should I expect post gun season, post rut??

Thanks in advance.

Around here I can expect spending a day picking up pop cans, empty shotgun shell casings, lunch bags and other assorted debris. And thats just the private property..

Im with you Pydpiper. I usually wait a week, then get back at it because the rut is still on.

The way the season has been progressing so far you can expect the rut to be going strong the first week after gun season.
