First picture is pretty self explanatory.

I grabbed a few pictures from last night too, but I don't have them on photobucket.

Lets just say, we got close to the half meter they were calling for in Ottawa.

We got a boat load here too.

Here are our 3 little dogs, next to a snow bank. You should see the Dachshund going out for poops in the mornings. He has to plow through snow deeper than he is tall sometimes. Poor thing.

Here's a nice wooden bench swing I forgot to put into winter storage. OOPS  I suppose it won't be nice come spring.

Image

Here's our driveway. I had to wheelbarrow 1/2 our snow across the street this morning. Our banks got too high to throw snow over.

Well I got photobucket so here goes.
First thing, since the 4th we officially have 74.2cm at the airport in Ottawa.

Here is the deck and shed, notice the shed is almost gone.

Here is the front walk this morning.

Notice the car in behind the snow bank.

Digging out some random car at midnight, still coming down.

It was a heck of a storm up here, I love it, gotta clean up the carbs on the sled and go at it.

We had our storm here in Saskatoon last year on Jan. 11/07. It was more of a blizzard and heavy snow combined, the city came to a standstill.
I have to admit, I sure love a good storm.

Have fun getting your excercise, watch your ticker though.

I enjoyed the snow fall. It was quite pretty to see everything white. We're supposed to be getting more in a week or so. Having this much snow this late in the year will help "shorten" the summer, and top up the wells that have run dry.
