Good luck  Hope to be seeing some pictures of that Big Gobbler you are going to harvest and a few good stories to go with it :!:

I've just secured a few hundred acres to hunt them on. I'm pumped!!! I hope they're in there. Will be doing some heavy scouting this weekend to see. I will probably bring in a bag of corn to monitor a few areas for the next week.

I had been seeing a flock of about 35 with 12 strutting toms less than 200yds for my door until last week which coincidently was when I took the turkey seminar in Oshawa and now I haven't seen one since. But there were 15 nice whitetails in their place today. Time to find their roost and get set for Friday.

Not at all. I went last year for the first time and it didn't do that much for me. I prefer the cool fall air and the big game myself. I would rather spend my morning shed hunting or scouting for the fall or setting up some shooting lanes at my deer stand then bird hunting in the spring but that's just me.

Good Luck to all of you next week.

Went out this morning and heard a few in a few of the spots .There is nothing better than having 5 separate gooblers sounding off while you stand quietly inbetween them . :D
Found one of the areas they have been scratching .

Also put one off of her dusting area. There was even a feather in the middle of the dusting area .

Went into a new spot I just got ,I think my dad will have a hard time getting up and over all the ridges.
