It be a real challenge in a wheelchair. Notice the cable along the wall. He was clicked in most of the time. Be just a small drop and then scramble to get back on ledge.

the guy walking around on it is bad enough, but I have to wonder about the procedures and the guys who actually built it... especially for 1901... building technology wasnt real advanced back then, I bet the actual building of that thing was quite an ordeal...
