Maine

It's really hard to find 100% accurate lists as things change rapidly w/ so many states and provinces involved. The above data doesn't include Illinois over 62 allowance either. Most of these lists on various forums have links to DNR sites where current info is usually available, imho.

They still have Indiana as "antlerless only" and don't show Illinois with their over 62 age limit.
