I was for a bit, lived in Ancaster while I went to college, my job for Fed_Ex was short lived.. I am now just the other side of Brantford.

My wife ordered a $69 plant from Cottage Farms thru QVC and it was shipped UPS, the package arrived in great shape but someone at Cottage Farms forgot to put the plant in the box, the planting instructions where in there but no plant.

PS it's been 2-months and we are still trying to get them to replace the order!

Happy to report the new replacement rod arrived today (May 1)! :D
Shipped in the same size box (but with added packing material to keep it from being bounced around inside the box) but shipped USPS this time. Box in excellent shape & rod in perfect condition this time!
The panfish better beware now.

Cabela's customer service ranks right up there with Excalibur's - #1
No "how did it get damaged?" interrogation, but an "if it's broke, we're going to fix it!" attitude!!!!!!!!

yeah cabellas is good like that.
my dad bought a complete camo suit for deer hunting, scentblocker and all. it was an expensive suit and after a season of use he realized that around the knees had started to come apart with a couple small pin holes. contacted them and they said to send it back and another one was in the mail.

they could have said to go wistle as the suit had been used for 4 months, moose season and deer.
