I say he might next 150 now.. he may gross in the 160's but the G4 on the one side will deduct.. most of the hunting shows only go by the gross since usually the nets are 10-15inches less. Total bone is total bone

now this season, you probably have a 160inch NET deer walking around.. hopefully he's a perfect 5 by 5 now;)

like some said, it normally takes a perfect 5x5 to start netting past 150B&C

he's got good mass out on the beams, the base isnt that heavy though but he's still one hellova nice buck. The new pics make it seem much bigger. I'd still find a offical scorer just to score him for you as reference and plus if you or a friend kills him this season, you will see how many inches he grew;)

those sheds would score with deductions around 110-115'with inside spread of 16"I have 4 sheds that score between 60 and 68" and they would dwarf those sheds.

i wish someone would just score these things that know how to so we all know for sure  :P :D

The 150net I posted were as if they were on the deer. Just the antlers alone would be lucky to push 125-130

Here is a 149 7/8 buck to compare these sheds to.
I firmly believe these sheds would score over 160 the buck.
Yeah uncle fester i think i over estimated them when we spoke but there the biggest ive ever held.

keep in mind brute size doesnt help score's. The sheds you have would only score as a 8pt since the extra 9th point would subtract from the score. To score as a typical he would only be a 8pt. The one that scored 149 has a perfectly even rack. A narrow tall tine rack will kill a wide heavy rack anyday in score's. I know this cause ive lost a few buck contests do to narrow tall tined bucks beating out my wider and much bigger rack deer. Yes mine were bigger, but the tall tine ones had more inches to add up. Scoring is based on perfection of the rack :D

but keep in mind, if every rack was perfect, no buck would be any different from the other.

goodluck:) I had complete sheds of 2 different bucks I hunted for 2 years inly to have neighboring hunters take one of them 75 yards from my stand :x the other was taken from a friend right out of my stand and that deer grossed 167

I like think having the sheds is the best of both words. You have a piece of that buck without actually having to shoot him :D
