Spyderweb target update.....

Post by bushmaster »

Well, I finally got one and although I've only shot 4 arrows into it, I am quite pleased.

I shot both aluminum and carbon bolts into it at 20 yards and just like in their ads, was able to easily pull the arrows with one finger.

Now, if it stands the test of time....

Keep us updated,I am looking for a new target.
I have one from Wally World and I have to stand on it to pull the arrows out with both hands

Dick, I got it here from a distributor in western Canada.....the price won't mean much to you, as I'm sure you can likely buy one quite a bit cheaper down there.

Try Woody's Arrow Lube Scott. You can get it from Bow Hunter's Super Store.

I used that Woodies arrow lube a few weeks ago in a 3D shoot, I started out having to lay the target down and stand on it to get my arrows out, a tiny, tiny dab of that Woodies and the arrows came out of the same targets with only one hand.
I have tried silicone, car wax, furniture wax and most of the other tricks, none even come close to that Woodies lube.
A good target is another option, I am looking forward to updates on this spiderweb one.

My wall mart target is easy arrow removal, I just go behind the target and pull my arrows from the ground, after they pass completely through.
