picture contest/deer contest

Post by groundpounder »

I didn't want to clutter the trophy room with miscelanious posts but wanted to throw out an offer. With each contest I will offer up a Groundpounder Mount to the winner. I was already planning on doing this but with seeing Boo's great prize I thought I would go ahead and post. Looking forward to seeing some great pictures(mine included) and a fun friendly deer contest!

I know all of my team already has one! And if the photo contest winner already has one? I'm offering it, If someone(including myself) wants to donate it to another forum member or 2nd or 3rd place winner so be it. I know the contests are for fun but prizes make it fun too!

GP, why don't you go ahead and post your offer and call it 2nd prize? If I see your post I will change mine.
Jay I don't think we should limit this to just Whitetails.

any other type deer would be hard to compare to whitetails. sitka, fallow, sambar, moose, and mule deer have a differant type of horn growth. It would be like trying to compare apples to oranges. I agree that the picture contest could encompass any type of game.

I'd be willing to donate a 3 pack of broadheads of winner choice. Maybe for the third place prize in the picture contest. Thanks for starting this contest Boo. I agree with the contest whole heartedly! Less tongues, blood, and guts. No need for that stuff in a picture, makes us look bad.

Sounds like a good idea to spread the prizes out and can do.
