Hey guys, here are a couple photos my trail cam took this week on my property. Bow season starts October 1st. The bear showed up according to the time on the photo 23 minutes after dropping some apples... We'll wait to see if he decides to return when I'm 15' above him....

Nice bear MPSNIPER.
My son and I are heading up to Parry Sound next week for work and a friend is baiting bear for us when we are up. Hope to have photos also.

Thanks, I've had a couple "run ins" with the odd bear and so far it's MPSNIPER 2, bears 0. The best one was a couple of years ago I had a sow bluff charge me with about a 1+ cub. All I had was a hatchet and a bit of attitude. She backed down after popping her teeth and hissing. Didn't really bother me until she left...thats when my legs started to feel rubbery. Good to know that th o'l heart could take it.
I have a great respect for these fellows, and started carrying my 444 marlin when baiting alone.
Hope to see this guy return next week when I have my exocet in my hands...
