good eating

Post by hunter 740 »

Since alot of you are killing deer heres a simple meal and its very tasty.Marinade a deer roast or back straps in wishbone Italian dressing over night.WRAP it with strips of bacon, seal it with foil after you add alittle more dressing then bake it, the sealed foil almost steams it,don't over bake it or it will still dry out. My kids can wipe out a whole deer in no time flat baked this way.

Cooking time varies just remember if you cook it too long it will dry out.I set my oven at 375 and I like mine just a little pink in the middle.I also put mine on the top rack in the oven.
