I shot this buck Friday evening. He came in to about twenty yards feeding on acorns. It never offered a broadside shot. It started to leave so I took a sharp quartering away shot. I hit a little far back but the 2219 shaft buried completey into him. He ran about 70 yards and stopped. It was quite for a few minutes and then I heard him go down.

I was using a Rocky Mountain Assasin. It is a 3 blade mechanical head that opens to a 1 1\2".A phoenix crossbow and 2219 arrows.I bought it last October and have killed 6 deer and a turkey with it.I am enjoying it very much.
