While talking to the president of my lease he said he bought a beautiful new double ladder stand last year and they triend to get it and couldnt so they came back and cut the tree down to get it.
If they put that much effort into work they could by one.

Well youhave the same trouble we have here. people steale almost anything. Over the years I've lost feeders not just small feeders I mean 12003# feeders , blinds pop-ups and even a deer out of the back of my truck. now that is getting desperate. Trail cameras have helped with prosecuton of those stealing the feeders and blinds. they were people I knew.
