Butcher near Woodstock

Anybody know of a butcher near Woodstock for doing my deer?

Family wants mostly summer sausage & pepperettes

I want at least 1 roast for my landowner as they also helped me drag it out

2 that come to mind.
I have had great success with Carls custom meats in Burford, great people and have no issues with wild game.
Also, there is one right here in Princeton, Princeton meats I believe, I have never used them but did go in one day for some tips. i have heard good things but never tried them.
I would vote for Carls, right on HWY 53, 15 minutes from you.

Rudys meat market in hickson hwy 59 north of woodstock, they do all my deer into pepperettes, going to try summer sausage this year

Got Rudy's doing peps & summer sausage for me took the loins out & the rest will be ready in about 3 weeks
