Curious, What Canadian Provinces allow crossbows during the regular archery season?

Ontario, BC for sure and Alberta I believe

Not Alberta. :cry: I think you can only use a xbow there during regular rifle seasons.

Crossbows are ok during archery season or rifle season here in B.C
I own P&R archery and sport. i sell excalibur crossbows and more. i also make custom strings and arrows. Relayer Y25 #559 Kenny custom string

This year in Quebec they allowed Xbows in regular archery season. They are going to allow this from now on.

BC: All archery season. Regular archery equipment.

MB: Physically challenged during archery season. Any hunter during firearm season.

NU: All archery season. Regular archery equipment.

NB: Not legal hunting weapon.

NF: Not legal hunting weapon

NWT: All archery season. Regular archery equipment.

NS: Any hunter during firearm season.

ON: All archery season. Regular archery equipment.

PEI: All archery season. Regular archery equipment.

QC: Any hunter during archery season. Any hunter during firearm season.

SK: Physically challenged during archery season. Any hunter during firearm season.

YK: Not legal hunting weapon.

You can use xbows during gun and bow season. I believe Alberta has allowed a xbow season now but not for compound crossbows.

I hunt with a crossbow since 3 years2 with medical paper and 2008 its a regular weapon for all hunting seasons.Harvested 3 deers since
