Lumizone problems

New to site got a Excal Vortex.. When sighting in scope the cross hairs turned clockwise inside scope... Contacted Excal and they sent me a new scope and sighted this one in and same problem. Am I doing something wrong or is it the scope.. the scope if level and firm in the rings..??

Tks bstout .. Just talked to Dan and he says there are alot of them going bad.. Sending back for a exchange to a varizone...
