hi to all from down under, perth australia. just brought an excalibur y25 no. 191 from ausbow industries in south australia it only came through post this week l love it, its just awsome. can anyone tell me what sort life l should expect to get out of the limbs before they start to splinter if they do splinter. best regards blackjack

I do not think it is something you will ever have to worry about. Guys here have and still shoot the first Excalibur's with no issues.

a buddy of mine has an old excal (at least 20 years) he hunts with it every year and has had not 1 prob. with it and says until he does why buy a new one

You're right about that Smokepole! Pain is an excellent way to firmly implant a memory, even in a 56 year olds brain. It worked on me in grade 3 as well, when I wouldn't memorize my times tables in math. Oh the good old days!
