Where I Live

Post by Grizzly Adam »

Hey, Y'all ...

I found this video about Pocosin Lakes NWR on YouTube ... it gives a nice overview of this area I call home. My farm adjoins PLNWR's eastern boundary. The opening river shot was taken not far from my house.

If you ever wonder where Grizz lives, well, here ya go:

Hope you enjoy! :D :D

Looks like a nice place to hang your hat, and a killer place to go fishing!

Boy, you got that right. It's a world of water ... creeks, rivers, sounds and ocean. Hard to beat East NC if you're a fisherman. :D

Me and my buddy might be doing a fishing trip down there in NC next winter. Great spot Grizz!

Grizz, I think this is a wonderful post. I enjoyed the film immensely.

I also got a big kick out of seeing your place from the pictures you have previously posted.

In fact, I get a kick out of seeing where all the forum members "hang their hats" as Pydpiper so eloquently wrote. I look at the places our members live when they show pictures of deer or equipment and their dwellings are in the background.

I think we should continue with your thought here Grizz and start a new post called "Where We Live" and give everyone a chance to post pics and info about where they live and what the hunting is like.

Good idea, Mike. Let's do it.

I'll start a new post, and maybe it can become a "Sticky".

So ... everyone post their info in that one! :D :D

This is and sounds amazing Grizz.

You're very lucky to live close to that! Might have to stop in on my way to Cape Hattaris
