Hey guys:
I was wondering if any of you out there have wooden stocks on your Excaliburs and if you have a solid wood one or a laminated one.
Have any of you had problems with either the laminated one or the solid wood ones.
Who makes the best after market wood stocks and how much.
Thanks
Newbie guy on the forum but own two excaliburs.

Laminate Vs Solid wood stock
Welcome Bill, as far as I can see, there was only one custom Excalibur stock maker. His name is Mark Henegar. He produced both solid and laminated stocks. Unfortunatly nobody has been able to contact him in years. Check the first page of the trading post.

Searching his name will certainly bring up photos of his work. I never heard anything negative about his stocks.

A solid hard wood should work ok for crossbow use . A laminate would be pretty much impervious to anything .
