The ZipStrip made or distributed by Duravane works really well.

just make sure not to put to much pressure on it in one spot. You want a nice even swipe.

Dan,

A fletching stripper is a tool used for arrow making/repair to help in the removal of fletchings and glue from the arrow shaft. You can use a sharp utility knife for this, but I find it a lot easier to accidentally gouge into the shaft doing it this way as opposed to using something like the ZipStrip. Either method will get the job done, however, for ease of use the ZipStrip gets my vote as well.

I use an OLFA H-1 extra heavy duty snap off blade utility knife.
The square back of the blade works very well for scraping off hard cyano super glue. The stiffer blade of the heavy duty version flexed less making it easier of scrape off old glue on carbon shafts.
