uh my dog ( a miniature chihuahua) chases moose to me down here in Louisiana and tears their throats out if I miss with my phoenix...
the elk hound must be a distant descendant of my breed...

that is a pretty wild way to moose or elk hunt.. I have heard that tactic is used with other aggressive animals but was not sure it existed..
