Hello all,

Im sorry if this thread belongs elsewhere as Im not up-to-date with the other categories .. but;

A workmate of mine sent me these pictures and the only info I have to share is what is with the pictures .. Im not sure I would swim in those waters :shock:

you never can tell with the internet but apparently the first two and the last picture are unrelated and the fish was actually caught in Europe. regardless its still an incredible fish.

haha, i love that there is so many versions out there. i think i might make a web site telling the great tale of me catching it in the wellesley pond.

Had the pleasure of working in that area years ago. Did a good bit of fishing there. Awesome fishery.

I just about died on Rainy Lake. The things we do when we are young and invincible. Was doing some survey work on the lake and got caught in gale force winds. Just about had the boat flip back over me a few times, trying to get back to Fort Frances. :shock: Found out after the fact that coast guard had issued a no boating order. There were a few shocked people at the dock when I showed up with two feet of water in the boat. Only good thing was my boss paid for the drinks that night :D . He may have been feeling a tad guilty about sending the crews out with a bad forecast.
I hunt for memories, the meat's a bonus!

Remarkable fish, any where or when. Here's my catfish from Lake Texoma a couple years back. Scaled out at 101#
