I think the Mags are larger cutting dia.

are they okay for goldtips with a Phoenix? Or should I stay with the smaller width?

one inch for std compared to one and an eight for mags.

I just asked my wife, and she told me BIGGER is ALWAYS better....don't listen to what you may have heard in the past.......

either will do the job;) I used the 1inch ones for years with no issues

just make sure you spin test them on the arrow for best flight;)

but slicks are the bhead of choice for these bows and gold tips(allthough im a rage bhead user now) :D

The mags do not plane with any of my 3 bows at speeds from 290 to 350. I'm shootijng 405 grn arrows from the two 'slower bows" and 430 from the 355 er. e.g. 100 and 125 gr heads.

Slick tricks kill very quickly and never fall apart. They leave a hole like a shotgun slug.
