yes. No power scopes make no sense. MN has allowed scopes by permit for sight challenged muzzlelaoder hunting. But, they gotta be 1 power (no mag.)
Wha...?! If someone has a hard time seeing, you'd think they could use whatever is best to HIT the target!!!

I really can't see where they'd be all that valuable at archery ranges, but if guys want to use them - why not?
