Reasonably priced spring bear hunts?
I was wondering if anyone knows of a guide or outfitter in Canada that offers a good bear hunt for under $1000? I've been going up for a couple years now and the price 5 years ago used to be $975 per hunter has gradually climbed to Nearly $2000. I know fuel prices helped to increase the price. I would like to go every year but sometimes I just can't swing it. Does anyone know a good outfitter with reasonable rates? Some are charging as high as $4700, I'm sure it's a good hunt but I can't afford that.

I know the bottom guy and he takes some pretty big bears.
