Well, what is really behind the name?

I have found when looking for the meaning of words, it is best to break them down and look at the root meaning of every syllable.

In this case, that would be crank.......A.....rooo

Crank, of course, is the slang term used for crystallized Methamphetamine that is taken in powder form and causes the nervous system to go nuts and increase the heart rate and make the user feel an acute alertness of their senses.

A..... well, it's just A, as in A crossbow.

The term roo comes from down under and is the shortened name given to the kangaroo by most citizens of Australia.

So what we have with the name crankaroo is the implied administration of crystal meth to a kangaroo.

I made a phone call down under to a friend of mine that I met when he was a member of the Australian army and he informs me that they do indeed give kangaroos crank.

"How do you think we get them to box?" he asked me.

This thread makes it official.

We have entered the "no season" season!

This is what we have to look forward to until fall.

Lord help us.

Like Mike said - you can tell we are in the off season because when you go from crankaroo to crap I think we covered it all. See, I always said you can learn just about anything here and you guys keep proving me right. We all need a little "off the wall" stuff from time to time
