Not certain if this is the right format to ask this question.
My wife and I are in the process of downsizing and to quote the real estate
agent " somethings need to go" I have several pieces of taxidermy....Otter;silver fox, pine martin and merganser duck a Newfoundland bird called a hagdown and couple of other pieces. I have had these for over 20yrs.
My question is it contravention of any laws to sell them over the internet?

Shouldn't you ask that question of an Ontario Conservation Officer?Black Coyote wrote: My question is it contravention of any laws to sell them over the internet?
I sure wouldn't rely on an answer other than from your Ministry of Natural Resources!
I do know that in many jurisdictions in the states, the sale of mounted heads, animals, and hides is not considered the same as the sale of fresh.
Hope you find out, and make no violations!
