Welcome to the forum Cworetired. Any Yooper is welcome here!

I have had my crossbow for several years. I liked the simplicity of it, like being able to replace a string myself instead of having to go to a bow shop. It has proven to be everything I though it to be. Also, I've had very little problems (2, I think which were my own fault). Last fall Excalibur went out of their way to get my bow back in shape so I could hunt and they stood behind the bow 100%. They are great people and easy to deal with.

I'm a member of several forums and hands down, this is the most friendly forum I've seen. In addition to that, the knowledge here is great and folks are willing to share it all.

Good luck to you.
Keep smiling!

Welcome to the forum. Good luck in choosing your bow. I would recommend an Excalibur. What ever you choose the people here will help with what they can.

You came to the right place. WELCOME ABOARD. Every one has their favorite excal. Mine is the vortex, I like the thumb hole stock also. You must decide which is best for you. No matter which you choose you will be happy with it. Check out the different models and see wich fits you best.
I am a hunter and proud of it.
