im not sure about the bent stock.. the stock isnt going to effect flight provided the rail and scope are straight.
I'd contact excal and see.. im sure they will send you a new stock or ask that you send it to a dealer
I believe the stock should be straight though

I would break out a measuring tape, measure limb tip to stock on both sides to see if it actually is off center. I would be interested to see how this turns out.

Do you remember the old Lee Enfields had a rear stock that was pitched to one side to allow the shooter to be inline with the sights easier.
If it doesn't affect the way it shoots and it sounds like it is not getting worse you could just leave it.
But I am positive if you want it replaced Excalibur will make it right.

hey steve, there's nothing straight in life mate let alone your xcal, there is a slite twist but true a rifle up on a bi-pod & you'll see the same bend mate, its all good most guns have a slite bend why who no's mate l'd say for sighting in. your mate frank in west australia
