LOL.. im not worried about who gets more..mdcrossbow wrote:Farmer , If you want to make a challenge of who can shoot more deer in a season I'll take you you up on that. LOL
but if it matters im already down for 19 Ive been issues kill permits for crop damage on our soybeans here.. suks when you have 60 some deer in a 45 acre field each night. They end on Sept 16th I think
robin hood is tha man;) LMAO
i miss the old one with the fox in it.. i watched that daily when i was 7 lol
Hey, I have been posting like a mad man trying to keep things going!!crazyfarmer wrote: just spicing up the week.. things are boring in here (
But just to spice things up I will be sure to get the new odds out.
In the mean time I want to thank CF for sending me those custom cow wackers at no charge. I know this was out of the goodness of his heart and has nothing to do with placing Team VA at the head of the class over the Buckeyes.
I also want to thank team Curves with Recurves for the Shewee that arrived last week. At first I was somewhat upset thinking they were questioning my virility, but when I read the note enclosed suggesting they were going to p--s all over the other teams I understood the gift.
And last let me say to the Keystone Blood Trailers that I didn't find the humor when the Steelers terrible towel arrived in the mail!

I had no idea LOL
For years I did the Crop damage thing and would take 45 regularly off a grass air strip where we would see 75-100+ deer. These days we are doing back yard removel of deer. Md has unlimited doe's for each season, so I drop a good number still.
I don't envy you in this heat though, I know you have to work fast.

we have unlimited doe also.. Ill normally only take about 8-10 doe during the regular season since I get tired of dragging and pulling out of the woods. Plus, after 3-4 Ive got plenty meat and it usually becomes an issue getting rid of the meat later in the year since everyone has some. Hunters for the hungry is nice for that reason though. We debated again this season about processing for them, but it takes up to much time from my hunting kidding.. well it does, but we make out better from beef and hogs.
im just shooting during daylight hours. Its legal for me to go out at night also, but I just dont want to push my luck shooting a spike. Doe only of coarse on the tags. During daylight, I get a really good look before I shoot.
its nice to use a rifle for once also.. so they just dont set and go to waste in a gun safe
