Woohooo, Gettin' Closer...New Tree Stand
Wifey and I went to ole Gandermountain yesterday to shelf check. Bought my first tree climber stand. It is a cheapy but is light and easy to use. Read all the safety stuff and wife went over all the instructions with me (that way she feels involved). Getting closer to hunting with the Equinox. Headed to the woods in a few minutes to throw down some bolts and practice tree climbing. Also got the Red Hot Cocker with side rollers...very nice piece of gear.

Well, did my DAYTIME training with the climber. It is cake. It came with a full safety harness, no belt and you better believe I used it. The stand is a GMT-202 which is a Gandermountain special. I am sure it is a knock off of some other brand.
