back from my trip

Post by killshot »

I got back from my moose hunting trip today. Unfortunately we did not get any moose much to hot, but had a great time with great friends. We saw lots of wolfs and bears. Better luck next year I guess. Here are a few pics from the trip.

Bridge to the ferry.

Ferry to Quebec.

5 miles of road to a bog dad and I were hunting. Then a 1 mile walk. What a tight fit. A few scratches on the truck.

Camp.

Hot game of crib. Winner get to pick his spot.

Looks like a nice area to hunt even if you didn't get a moose.
Any fish in those waters there?

Sounds like it was a fun trip ... I'm a big believer that any hunting trip has to include fun..... Kill or no kill....

Looks like a beautiful spot Killshot. Was just wondering, cows are normally going to be in estrus in about seven days. Do you guys go for the last week in september as well ?

I like the crib game . . .good idea. :)

I would have much rather have been there than here.

Glad you had a safe and fun trip.

Sorry no moose, but great pics, thanks for sharing them. :D

Season ends this weekend for bow and opens back up in Oct for riffle. Can't make it this year for riffle. I have a week planned in November to head back to Stanstead Que for a week of deer with Dad and some friends. And then deer here in Ontario.
