Guide Gear® 16' Deluxe 360° Swivel Seat Ladder Stand

Hey y'all does anyone know who makes this ladder stand ? Has anyone owned & used one ? trying to find out if they are decently built. i have decided this is the last year for my climbing stand use. i am not comfortable anymore in my viper ss. its a great climber its just me. have done gotten to where i like firmer sitting.

I have one very similar to that one but mine has a fold down plastic seat (similar to a boat seat). It is very comfortable and stable. It is very difficult to put up unless you have help. I was able to put it up alone last year but it was quite a struggle. This year I got help from two buddies and it was a snap.

No experience with that particular stand. My experience with swivels seats has been "the swivel will eventually turn into a squeak". This normally happens about the time the biggest buck of your life walks up.
