these boys need to stop ribbing you about having a little hole in the wheeler...
how did that happen anyway ?
anyway... I have also eaten a few smallish deer they are also great and tender; the golf ball thing works really well, if the deer is shot up for some reason, I have pulled them in half, etc.
at least if you dropped it, it was not in the mud, like down here...there are no rocks or gravel unless we import them.. drop your deer and if you are not really careful it sinks into the landscape, not to be seen again.
