Last sunday morning i was walking out the back door and slipped. I fell down the steps hurting my back and right hip its the worse.I have been off work all week. Im doing a lot better now its about to ware me out not getting out in the woods.
Im going to try to get out one evening this week end.

Oh no!! I'm sorry to hear it. That sounds painful. I hope you will feel better soon and get out there.

Falling down steps is the worst. Glad you lived to tell about it. You are lucky. Glad you are doing better!

Glad you did not break anything. I have had a couple of "free rides" down steps and there is no good way to land. Good luck as you get after them.
