Last sunday morning i was walking out the back door and slipped. I fell down the steps hurting my back and right hip its the worse.I have been off work all week. Im doing a lot better now its about to ware me out not getting out in the woods. :( Im going to try to get out one evening this week end.

Oh no!! I'm sorry to hear it. That sounds painful. I hope you will feel better soon and get out there. :(

Falling down steps is the worst. Glad you lived to tell about it. You are lucky. Glad you are doing better! 8)

Glad you did not break anything. I have had a couple of "free rides" down steps and there is no good way to land. Good luck as you get after them.
