Them people in that video talk funny. 
I never knew it was pronounced "hunting". I always thought it was "huntn". 
Them poor old city fellers. They'd be scared to death in an actual deer camp!
No running water, wood stove, lantern light, outhouse, etc. And all them fancy words....... saute', braise......... What's that? Where was the iron skillet, bacon grease, and flour?
Seriously, it is good that they are learning how to do it. Better late than never. The more folks like that learn about hunting, even if they decide not to partake in it, that's one more vote for our side, and one less for the anti's.
