bow4it , what type of 3D Printer do you have there. Where I work we are the exclusive distributers of the Stratasys line. I can print in a varietry of materials including PC. Mabey we can assist in making this prototype.

I would want to make sure that the stock was a perfect fit. Cheek, comb, length....

Maybe play around with the Vortex stock stock and see where you would want the new one to be.

i would also check out the cheeck and but extenders and see how thy fit you thy did wonders for the fit of my bow for me .good luck and enjoy the time off DUTCH
